My Review: 

This was a nice recipe book to read. I have only tried two recipes from the book and they have both been very good (Summer Fresh Juice page 32 & Watermelon Smoothie page 114). This book includes recipes for juices, smoothies, shots and milks. There are nice pictures included on each recipe page of what the drink will look like and the ingredients needed. The directions are easy to perform and they have listed how the drink will help you. Also included in the front of the book is a list of equipment needed (it's not much just a blender and a juicer), a few pages telling you about super greens, and my favorite part tips for a juice detox along with a seven-day detox plan. I have not completed the detox yet but I'm hoping to try it in the future. 

If you are looking for a healthier lifestyle without sacrificing taste then this book is just right for you!
